From production areas to dining tables, cold chain logistics is vital in maintaining the freshness of food.

This not only applies to fruits and vegetables but meat and seafood, which are both high in protein and have high water content, have an even greater need for uninterrupted low-temperature freshness preservation technology.

To upgrade the quality of agricultural products, preserve product freshness, and reduce losses, the Council of Agriculture has subsidized farmers’ groups to install cold chain equipment in production areas. Now let’s follow the camera as we get to know more about the present and future of Taiwan’s cold chain logistics system.
