The story of a young person returning to the countryside to farm can be told through mustard greens. A young farmer who had worked in the tech industry came home to learn about planting and processing of mustard, all on behalf of his hometown and Hakka culture. He did it simply in order to pass on the aroma of home and uphold the Hakka spirit!
