The 1st 100 young farmers – Lu Ji-ye, Hualian

To encourage young people to farm, and with the launch of young farmer program, each year the COA selects 100 young people and offers a two-year course. The 1st 100 young farmers have been selected. The well-educated, Lu Ji-ye, hopes to establish an agriculture industry that believes in social responsibility. He’s working hard to fulfill his dream.
