The 1st 100 young farmers – Zhang Si-guang

To encourage young people farming, with the launch of young farmer program, each year COA is to select 100 young people and offer a two-year course. The 1st 100 young farmers are selected. Just do it! Mr. and Mrs. Zhang took a leap of faith and successfully developed an organic rose garden in Puli, Nantou. Their rose was used in the international baking competition and has won the top award with Wu Bao-chun’s creation.
