Generally collection and preservation of plant specimens should be adopted when we conduct investigation on wild plants besides on-site observation and record. As the material evidence of an investigation, plants collected will be made into dehydrated specimens for preservation. The so-called dehydrated specimen means the specimen made of flatted and dried plant. Such specimen is easy for preservation because its water content is low.
