Jiang Zhong-Wei who lived in Miji Village in childhood has ever had the idea of running out of his hometown. But he couldn't give up his family and his hometown finally. Grown up in a family of fruit farmer, he had shared some responsibility in fruit farming since he was a little boy. After he grew up, he hoped to do something to help with development of fruit farming. Then with his father's encouragement, Jiang Zhong-Wei assumed the office of Director General of Village Development Association after retiring from the army. Inspired by the Rural Revitalization Plan, he collected ideas and suggestions of the residents to facilitate various community services and improve community service quality.
