Wei Wen-Xuan whose hometown is Wan'an Village of Chishang Township, Taitung County originally engaged in the work of interior decoration and earned millions of New Taiwan Dollars every year. However, with the call of his heart, he gave up his work and took his family to return to his hometown, dedicating in village construction. Through expansion of promotion of organic rice and overall construction of Wan'an Village, Wei Wen-Xuan had built up a happy new village.
